About Me
Born and raised in Southern California, I spent my summers in my mother’s native Arkansas. My love affair with books began with my first reading book in kindergarten entitled, May I Come In? Although I was reading cereal boxes and milk cartons at the age of four, I didn’t truly realize my passion for the written word until I picked up that red, hardcover book in Mrs. Crawley’s classroom. In that small room, I developed a voracious appetite for any book I could get my hands on and I still harbor that passion today.
I started hearing the voices when I was about seven years old, right around the time my father took me to see The Shining in the theater. (I know, highly inappropriate film for a child.) That movie (and later the book) changed my life and sparked a love of all things scary, spooky and spine-chilling. My two favorite childhood authors were Stephen King and Judy Blume. I could totally be their love child. Having a lifetime love of romance and things that go bump in the night, I found my niche weaving paranormal romance stories.
In 2008, I relocated my family to Central Arkansas and downsized my full-time career to that of a freelance legal assistant.This mov/WST.aspxe afforded me the opportunity to finally start writing.
I'm an Amazon Bestselling author and currently write for Turquoise Morning Press, LazyDay Publishing and Red Hot Publishing. I also have short stories featured on the Everything Erotic Blog.
I am a member of Diamond State Romance Authors and Romance Writers of America. I live in Central Arkansas with my family and a myriad of pets.
